Becoming a Paddyfest Volunteer
Paddfyest has run successfully for over 40 years due to the generous help and donation of time from our local volunteers, like you!
We let our volunteers decide what they want to help with based on a first-come, first-dibs basis. So, if something interests you, make sure to request it quickly! We also keep those who want to volunteer together, together! If you want to volunteer with a family member or friend, we will make sure that happens.

Paddyfest Parade Volunteers
A Saturday morning from 10:00 am - 11:30 am
Card dealers and Blackjack dealers
A Friday night from 8:00 pm — 10:30 pm, or 10:30 pm — 1:00 am
Help support the fight against CF! Training ahead of time is available.
Laying down the plywood floor at the SKMC
The Thursday before the final big weekend for 1.5 - 2 hours (or as available)
Pulling up the plywood floor at the SKMC
The Saturday night of the big weekend for 2.5 hours (or as available)
Selling drink tickets at age-of-majority events
The Friday of the big weekend from 8:00 pm — 10:30 pm, or 10:30 pm — 1:00 am.
The Saturday of the big weekend from 1:00 pm — 3:30 pm, or 3:30 pm — 6:00 pm, and 6:00 pm — 8:00 pm.
Bartenders to serve/sell drinks (Smartserv Required)
The Friday of the big weekend from 8:00 pm — 10:30 pm, or 10:30 pm — 1:00 am.
The Saturday of the big weekend from 1:00 pm — 3:30 pm, or 3:30 pm — 6:00 pm, and 6:00 pm — 8:00 pm.
Smartserve licensing is required - the Kinsmen are happy to train!

Business Opportunities
If you would like to volunteer the help of your business to Paddyfest, we’ve got just the job for you. We always need help serving drinks at the Friday Night Concert and Meulensteen Tire Homecoming party the next day (Saturday afternoon and evening). It takes about 7 to 8 people to fill an entire shift of 2.5 hours at the arena bar, so if you are interested in helping, please contact us to confirm dates and shifts you would like to participate in.
We are big on recognizing and promoting the help we receive. So, advertising space during the event will be provided for your company’s banner or signage to be displayed.
